My Take On The Product

I have been using a couple of hand creams this year, especially more in winters. I have been suffering from severe dry hands, i continuously feel there is dirt on my hand but its just excessive dryness. The Sally Hansen 18 Hour Protective Hand Cream came along my one of my fab bag this year, it was a full sized product i received. Initially my mom was using it as she is really loves all sally hansen products, they have actually shown good results so far. My mom suffers from excessive dry and chapped hands due to kitchen work, when she started using it, it really showed good results, as in her hands became much smoother, she use get a lot of palm itching which actually stopped after using this hand cream.

The hand cream comes in fat orange tube packing, with flip flop cap. The cream is very thick in texture and has a very mild fragrance. The cream is white in colour. The cream is non greasy, but it takes time to get absorbed into the skin due its thick consistency. The thickness of the cream is due the presence of shea butter, that has strong moisturizing properties.

I used this cream for a month and  noticed that it reduced the dryness upto some extent, but it really worked well on my mom who use to complain a lot of chapped and dry hands, she really had rough hand skin which has almost disappeared after using this cream. So If you are suffering from really rough, chapped and dry hardness, this product will be worth a buy. Also if you are suffering from soft nails that are brittle and often chip, then you can use this too as it makes your nails  super hard due the presence of Vitamin A and E.

Rating: 5/5

Overall Verdict

If you are suffering form dry, rough and chapped hands due to kitchen work or winters or workouts along with brittle nails, you must invest in this hand cream.
